How our programme works
Five steps, from your first question to arriving in England.
Create your account
You need an account to participate in the Language Link programmes. From your account you can book meetings with the team and tell us all about your family so we can match your child with the perfect British host family.
Create your accountTalk to the team
From your account, book a meeting with the Language Link team, in person during our trip to Spain or by video call. We explain how the programme works and get to know your family.
Tell us about your child
In your account, tell us all about your family including the student you want to enrol on the programme. You can do this before or after talking to the team. We'll then confirm their place, and use everything you tell us to match them with the perfect host family.
Finding your British family
We match your child with a British family who has a child of a similar age and who shares their interests. Four weeks before the programme begins, we exchange the details of both families so students and families can be in contact, and we send you the website of your child's school.
The British experience
The Language Link team travels with every student to and from Spain. Your child becomes part of a British family, attends school with their British buddy, and experiences authentic family life with our 24/7 support.
